Rich Property Maintenance was formed in 2016 after Brent Rich, company founder and CEO, decided to leave the corporate world behind and start his own small business. Brent obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (Whoosh), but soon realized his true passion lay in helping others with their landscaping and property maintenance needs. After more than a decade of managing operations for two high-end appliance companies, Brent decided to create his own company, and Rich Property Maintenance was proudly established. As an accredited BBB business, RPM strives to deliver high-quality results and expert service. RPM does not cut corners or rush jobs. The company’s foundation is built on consistently meeting or exceeding consumer expectations. RPM makes time to thoroughly discuss ideas and options with potential clients before beginning any job, so that the customers’ true goals are realized and met every time.
