Established in 1984.
CHS was founded by Troy Clark as Swim Tech over 30 years ago as a pool maintenance, repair and retail shore. The business grew because of friendship and word of mouth. Today, Community Home Services is owned John Kaplan and his two sons David and John. Give us one shot and you’ll know we provide 2x the service, 1% the stress, at a comfortable price.
