ArboRx specializes in keeping your trees and shrubs healthy and looking their best. We do not provide pruning but focus on tree preservation through insect and disease control, fertilization, watering practices and other methods. ArboRx offers many organic and eco-friendly treatments as well, particularly for fruit trees.
History
Established in 2011.
I started ArboRx after becoming dissappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by some local tree services. I saw a lot of companies who were happy to come spray your trees and take your money, but couldn’t really answer what they were treating for or why. For a treatment to be warranted, you have to correctly identify the problem first, know the best treatment and method of application, and get the timing just right. That’s hard to get right when you have inexperienced technicians and salespeople with quotas to meet, so I’ve intentionally kept ArboRx small. As the owner, salesperson and main applicator, I strive to do treatments that actually work, and if I’m not sure that we can save the tree I’ll be upfront about that. I may charge 10-20% more than most companies but if the work we do actually saves the tree it’s very much worth it. An ineffective treatment is not just money down the drain but can lead to the loss of a tree, which aren’t cheap to replace.
